I just bought this set because I remember as a child playing this, but I was soarly disappointed in the changes that have been made over the years. I guess due to safety reasons they replaced the metal arrow that would actually stick in the ground where it landed with a more rounded , bulbous type arrow that now when hits a bulls eye bounces out instead of sticking in the ground. The bulls eye rings are made of a thin rubbery plastic like fish tank air tubing instead of a hard more durable plastic like in the good old days. It was still a blast to play, especially if your a young one who isn't lucky enough to have experienced the old timey metal types, but as an older generation the changes were to be a bit of a disappointment.
